Before you purchase

Confirm the exact model, condition, quantity, stock availability, warranty and delivery destination before paying. The product listing and written quotation or invoice identify what is included, the price, currency and shipping charges.

Check electrical supply, cooling, noise, connectivity and software compatibility. Mining revenue and hardware resale values fluctuate; hashrate specifications are not a promise of earnings.

Orders and payment

Use only the payment methods and details provided through this website or our official sales team. Cryptocurrency checkout and bank transfer by invoice are available. Check the wallet address, asset and network carefully before sending cryptocurrency. Never share a wallet recovery phrase or private key.

Submitting a transaction ID does not itself confirm payment. Dispatch follows payment verification and order confirmation. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or change an order; changes depend on its fulfilment stage.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for your order and may be affected by carrier operations or customs clearance. If no different delivery period is agreed, UK consumer orders are due within 30 days. Contact us if your agreed delivery date is missed.

Import taxes, duties and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the written quotation or invoice expressly includes them, such as an agreed DDP shipment. Supply an accurate address and reachable delivery contact.

Inspect the parcel and hardware on arrival. Keep the packaging and photograph any damage, incorrect item or missing parts. Notify us as soon as possible so we can help with the carrier and arrange a remedy. A carrier delivery scan alone does not remove your rights if you have not received the goods.

90-day DOA and damage guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee covers hardware supplied by Titan Crypto Limited that arrives dead on arrival or damaged. Tell us within 90 calendar days of delivery, provide proof of purchase and describe the problem. Once the arrival fault or damage is verified and the hardware returned where required, we will refund the affected product’s purchase price.

This guarantee is not a 90-day change-of-mind trial. It does not cover damage caused after delivery by misuse, incorrect power, liquid exposure or unauthorised modifications. These limits apply to our additional guarantee, not to your statutory rights. You may choose a replacement instead where available and agreed.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

For eligible UK consumer purchases made online, by phone or by email, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Notify us within that period and return the goods within a further 14 days. We also accept cancellation notices before dispatch.

You may inspect the hardware as you would in a shop. Opening ordinary hardware packaging does not automatically remove cancellation rights. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. No blanket restocking fee applies to statutory consumer cancellations.

You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind cancellation. We refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge; any premium delivery upgrade is excluded. Consumer cancellation refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.

Business purchases, in-person change-of-mind returns and genuinely personalised or custom-made orders may have different cancellation terms, confirmed in writing before purchase. A standard ASIC miner or enterprise GPU is not automatically excluded from consumer cancellation merely because of its product category.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods

UK consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund. After that, repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund may still be available. Sale items have the same statutory protection.

Contact Titan Crypto directly for help. We will arrange or cover reasonable return costs for verified faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Manufacturer warranty processes do not replace our responsibilities as the seller.

Manufacturer warranties and after-sales support

Warranty duration, start date, regional coverage and repair arrangements vary by brand, model and unit. Ask us to confirm the terms for your specific hardware before purchase; do not assume that every miner or graphics card carries the same warranty.

Keep your invoice, serial number and manufacturer labels. Send a description of the fault, relevant photographs and diagnostic information where available. Do not attempt unsafe repairs. Manufacturer exclusions may apply to damage caused by misuse or modifications, but statutory rights remain separate from warranty coverage.

How to request a return

Email sales@titancryptoltd.com or message our official WhatsApp with your order or invoice number, delivery date, product model and serial number, the reason for returning it, and photographs or video where useful. A clear cancellation notice is enough to exercise an applicable cancellation right; prior approval is not required to give that notice.

We will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending hardware to ensure it reaches the correct location. Pack it securely with its accessories; use original packaging where possible. Missing original packaging alone does not remove rights for faulty goods. Keep tracking and proof of postage.

Refunds and cryptocurrency payments

Refunds use the original payment method where possible, unless you agree to another method without extra charges. We will confirm the refund amount and arrangements in writing. Payment-provider settlement times can vary, but they do not extend statutory deadlines.

For cryptocurrency payments, we will verify the refund wallet and network with you and confirm the amount and valuation basis in writing before sending. Blockchain transfers cannot ordinarily be reversed. Statutory refund entitlements are not reduced by our payment process.

Your rights and this policy

This policy applies to hardware purchased directly from Titan Crypto Limited. Separate hosting or installation services require their own written terms. For purchases from another seller, contact that seller.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. UK consumer protections and any other mandatory rights applicable to your purchase take precedence over conflicting terms. Business orders are subject to their agreed written terms. Updates apply to new orders; your order keeps the terms agreed when you purchased.
